2. Description of Service
Linguametric is an AI-powered platform designed to provide English speaking practice and assessment. The Service analyzes audio recordings submitted by users and generates automated feedback, scores, and recommendations using artificial intelligence technologies.
Access to certain features of the Service may require a valid credit balance or payment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: AI-GENERATED RESULTS
ALL scores, feedback, CEFR levels, GSE scores, and analysis provided by Linguametric are generated entirely by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and are ESTIMATES ONLY.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or correctness of any AI-generated results. The AI may produce inconsistent, erroneous, or subjective outputs.
Not Official Certification: This Service is for educational and practice purposes ONLY. Results DO NOT constitute official language proficiency certification and DO NOT guarantee similar performance on official examinations (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, PTE, or any other).
Results May Vary: Different audio inputs, background noise, accents, speech patterns, and other factors may significantly affect the AI's output. Results are not deterministic.
No Professional Advice: The feedback provided does not constitute professional language instruction, academic advice, or expert assessment. Always consult qualified professionals for official evaluations.
